Are fractionalized NFTs regulated?

There is no specific regulation on the subject. This will only occur if the factionalized
NFT is classified as a security. In that case, the CVM regulation would be applied to the
fractionalization.

Nigeria

There is currently no regulation on NFT in Nigeria. However, plans are on the way
to regulate this space.

There is no regulation regarding any virtual assets. Polish law provides only a definition of a virtual currency as a part of the Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
